2. Description of Service
MarketMap is a business-intelligence tool that visualizes nearby business density around a location you choose, using publicly available map data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional business, legal, or financial advice.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may close your account at any time from the Profile screen, which removes your saved searches and account record.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Business data shown is derived from third-party sources and must not be scraped or republished in bulk.
5. Third-Party Data & Links
Map and business data are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and CARTO. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenStreetMap or CARTO.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Competition labels and counts are estimates and should be independently verified before making business decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
